From the ‘System Alerts’ screen:–

1. Enter code or swipe tag to display faults
2. Enter code or swipe tag a second time
3. Press RESET to clear alarms

If anti-code reset is required:- 

Call Southern Monitoring Services on 02392-265113

1. Quote your password and if possible your account no.
2. Quote them the Reset Code displayed on the keypad
3. Enter the Anti-Code they provide to reset the system
