Intruder Alarm Reset Procedure
From the ‘System Alerts’ screen:–
- Enter code or swipe tag to display faults
- Enter code or swipe tag a second time
- Press RESET to clear alarms
If anti-code reset is required:-
Call Southern Monitoring Services on 02392-265113
- Quote your password and if possible your account no.
- Quote them the Reset Code displayed on the keypad
- Enter the Anti-Code they provide to reset the system
